L'alternance dans un master de statistique et d'informatique décisionnelle – Le cas du parcours Data Sciences du Master SIAD de Lille1

Résumé

Le Master Systèmes d’Information et Aide à la Décision – Parcours Data Sciences – de l’Université Lille1 propose aux étudiants, depuis deux ans, de suivre la formation en alternance. La création de ce parcours en alternance émane d’une demande conjointe d’étudiants, souhaitant travailler pour financer leurs études et/ou ayant envie de partager leur temps entre formation universitaire et expérience professionnelle, et d’entreprises souhaitant intégrer rapidement les étudiants en tant que salariés. Avec une douzaine d’étudiants en alternance en 2014-2015, une trentaine en 2015-2016 et une soixantaine en 2016-2017, cet article propose un premier retour d’expérience.

Sandwich training in the Master’s Degree in Information and Decision Making Support Systems – Data Sciences course – provided by Université de Lille 1
For two years, the Master’s Degree in Information and Decision Making Support Systems – Data Sciences course – provided by Université de Lille 1 has offered students to take the course as sandwich training. The creation of this work-linked course arises from a common request from students – wishing to work to finance their studies and/or eager to share their time between university education and work experience – and companies wanting to quickly incorporate the students as employees. With 12 students on apprenticeship contracts during the academic year 2014-2015, 30 the next year and approximately 60 in 2016-2017, this paper offers a first experience feedback.
